Join us on Thursday, April 16th at 1:00PM at the Arcanum Public Library for a program by the Darke County Parks Department to learn all about foraging for mushrooms in our area.  The program will share information on identification, locations, and best practices as we prepare for the upcoming season in our area.  Plan to stop in!

Join us on Monday, April 20th from 3:00-4:00PM for a Micro Herb Gardening and Food Preparation with The Ohio State Extension Office of Darke County.  You're welcome to sign up at the front desk (937-692-8484) or drop in for this event.  During this program we will learn the best practices in gardening and growing herbs at home and how to use those herbs in various food dishes.

Join us for Family BINGO Night at the Arcanum Public Library on Tuesday, April 7th at 6:00PM! Fun and Prizes!!

Sign up at the front desk (937.692.8484) to join us for an Adult Craft on Wednesday, April 8th at 1:00PM.  We will be creating painted books out of repurposed bricks for your house or yard.  Space is limited, so you must preregister. 

Join us on Thursday, April 16th at 6:00PM with a BeeSwarmed Program from Merrie Lane Honey.  During the program there will be education and discussion on understanding the important roles that bees play, why swarms are a healthy and natural part of the bee life cycle, and what to do if they spot one.  After the presentation there will be an open Q&A to ask beekeeping questions.  Please sign up at the front desk (937.692.8484) if you plan to attend, but you're welcome to drop in as well. Join us for our Annual Book Sale during regular business hours during May 4th-26th.  Items will be displayed for purchase in the Meeting Room on the second floor.  There is a suggested list of donation prices on a sheet inside, but all items are available for any donation that you would like to give.  We hope you will stop by and help support the library in the sale!
