Join us on Monday, April 20th from 3:00-4:00PM for a Micro Herb Gardening and Food Preparation with The Ohio State Extension Office of Darke County.  You're welcome to sign up at the front desk (937-692-8484) or drop in for this event.  During this program we will learn the best practices in gardening and growing herbs at home and how to use those herbs in various food dishes.

Join us for Family BINGO Night at the Arcanum Public Library on Tuesday, April 7th at 6:00PM! Fun and Prizes!!

Sign up at the front desk (937.692.8484) to join us for an Adult Craft on Wednesday, April 8th at 1:00PM.  We will be creating painted books out of repurposed bricks for your house or yard.  Space is limited, so you must preregister. 

Join us on Thursday, April 16th at 6:00PM with a BeeSwarmed Program from Merrie Lane Honey.  During the program there will be education and discussion on understanding the important roles that bees play, why swarms are a healthy and natural part of the bee life cycle, and what to do if they spot one.  After the presentation there will be an open Q&A to ask beekeeping questions.  Please sign up at the front desk (937.692.8484) if you plan to attend, but you're welcome to drop in as well. Join us for our Annual Book Sale during regular business hours during May 4th-16th.  Items will be displayed for purchase in the Meeting Room on the second floor.  There is a suggested list of donation prices on a sheet inside, but all items are available for any donation that you would like to give.  We hope you will stop by and help support the library in the sale! The Arcanum Public Library will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.  We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.  Thank you!

Join us on Monday, June 1st 10:30AM for our Summer Reading Program Registration Kick off! JC's Mining Store will be visiting starting at 10:30AM to help us host a fossil and treasure mining.  There is a sign up at the front desk (937-692-8484) for mining time slots on the front lawn.  There will be one bag per child to mine for fossils or mixed treasure.  Sign up for mining will begin on May 1st.
