Join us on Thursday, July 10th at 1:ooPM for a Movie Matinee of "Harold and the Purple Crayon". Join us for popcorn and a time to cool off inside!

Join us on Monday, July 14th at 6:00PM on the front lawn as we host Hatchers Hatchlings!! This is great opportunity for families to enjoy seeing the animals and learn something new!! Please plan to bring a blanket or lawn chairs to sit on.  Know that this is weather permitting, and if it rains, it will be moved inside. 

Join us for this open craft time to make some band bracelets on Tuesday, July 15th at 1:00PM.  Sign up is not needed, but you're welcome to let us know you're planning to attend at the front desk sign up in preparation for supplies.  This is a great time to get out of the heat and make something for yourself or to share with others.

Join us on Wednesday, July 23rd from 5:30-7:30PM for an opportunity to meet local artists! This is a great opportunity for artist and the community to connect and learn about local artist, what medias they use, how they started creating, and see some of their work! Please join us in connecting and supporting our local artists!!

Join us for a Free Hand Partner Canvas Painting Class at the Arcanum Public Library on Thursday, July 24th from 5:30-7:00PM.  Sign up at the front desk by phone or by stopping in for this free hand painting event, as supplies are limited.  Only two canvases per pair.  We will have a selection of summer scenes pairs may paint as friends, family or couples, or you may creat your own design together. 

Join us on Friday, July 25th at 10am for a Music Fun Program with Lisa Crutchfield!! Lisa brings instruments and encourages movement with her music entertainment while involving the audience.  

Ages 12 and up are invited to join us on Monday, July 28th from 6:00-7:00PM in a canvas bag painting craft time! You can create your own designs! Supplies are provided, but space and supplies are limited so please sign up at the front desk to ensure a spot!

Join us for our end of Summer Reading Program Party on Saturday, August 2nd from 10am-12pm on our front lawn at the Arcanum Public Library!! There will be food, games, crafts, and prize drawings!!! This is also the last day to turn in your reading logs for the Summer Reading Program to be able to earn prizes, so it's a great time to stop in!!

Join us on Monday, June 30th at 10:00am and 2:00pm for the showing of "Minecraft!" This is a great opportunity to get out of the heat and see the new movie!

The Arcanum Public Library will be closed on Thursday, August 21st for the Darke County Fair.
